The art of cooking on slow fire started in an era of Mughals slowly garnered attention across the world. It gives perfection to the taste and makes it more irresistible.  The culinary range includes delicious vegetarian  and nonvegetarian dishes. We started off with Sharbat which is made of red rose petals and it helps you cool down your mind and body.

We moved on Aligarh ka Chilla, which is Chef Yogendra’s special. The stuffing is a mix of tomatoes, green chillies, potatoes. It’s  hot and spicy and fillings are a great taste.
